Terms of Service

Welcome to HyMulti Anarchy ("HyMulti", "we", "our", or "the Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HyMulti website located at www.hymulti.org and the HyMulti Hytale game server reachable at hy.hymulti.org. By accessing the website or connecting to the server, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About HyMulti

HyMulti is an independent, community-run anarchy server for the game Hytale, developed by Hypixel Studios Canada. HyMulti is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel Studios, Riot Games, or any of their subsidiaries. All Hytale-related trademarks, game content, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The server operates on a long-term, no-reset basis with a deliberately minimal moderation policy, as described in the "Server Nature" section below.

2. Eligibility

To access the HyMulti game server, you must own a legitimate copy of Hytale and meet Hytale's own age and account requirements as set by Hypixel Studios. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are a minor under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Hytale's Rules Still Apply

Even though HyMulti is an anarchy server with minimal in-house rules, your underlying Hytale account remains subject to all rules set by Hypixel Studios. Conduct that violates the following may result in action against your account by Hypixel Studios, which is entirely outside our control:

4. Server Nature & Player Conduct

HyMulti is, by design, an anarchy server. This means that within the game world, player-versus-player combat, raiding, griefing, building, destruction of other players' structures, the use of client-side modifications, and unmoderated in-game chat are all permitted by the server itself. We do not actively police player behaviour or interpersonal conflict between players in-game.

You acknowledge and accept that, as a consequence of this design:

• Your builds, items, and progress may be destroyed or stolen by other players at any time, with no recourse.
• You may encounter aggressive, hostile, or offensive behaviour from other players. We do not guarantee a friendly environment.
• You are responsible for your own in-game security, your own builds, and your own enjoyment of the server.

If you are not comfortable with this type of environment, this server is not for you, and we encourage you to find a different Hytale server that better fits your preferences.

5. Server Protections

To keep the server playable for everyone, we operate a small number of technical protections:

• Setback anti-cheat: A passive third-party plugin (publicly distributed in the Forge plugin community, not developed by us) installed on the server. It snaps players back to their previous valid position if they attempt impossible movement (flight on the ground, long-distance teleport, etc.). It does not kick or ban any player.
• Ignore plugin: A player-side tool that lets you hide messages from any specific user, so chat spam from one source does not affect your experience.

These protections exist purely so the server remains functional. They are not a moderation system and they do not enforce any code of conduct between players.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are not part of normal anarchy play and are prohibited. We reserve the right to take action against any player who:

• Deliberately attempts to crash, lag, or otherwise disrupt the server through methods such as crash-exploits, lag machines, mass entity spawning intended to degrade performance, or denial-of-service attacks against the server infrastructure.
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to the server, the website, other users' accounts, or any back-end system.
• Uses the website or server to distribute malware, phishing material, or other harmful software.

The available action is limited and may include temporary or permanent server access removal at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee that any such action will be taken in every case.

7. Accounts

Certain features of the website (such as the account system and the upcoming paid support area) require you to register an account with a username, email address, and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that have been compromised, or that are used to abuse the Service. Information about how we handle your account data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The website contains links to third-party services including Discord, vote listing sites (such as hytaleonlineservers.com, hytale-servers.com, hytale.one, hytalegameservers.net, hytaleserverlist.me, hytale.game), and Google AdSense for advertising. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property

The HyMulti name, logo, and website content (excluding Hytale assets and user-submitted content) are the property of the HyMulti team. You may not copy, redistribute, or use this material commercially without our written permission. All Hytale game assets, characters, and trademarks remain the property of Hypixel Studios Canada.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the server will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from data loss. Given the anarchy nature of the server, we make no guarantees regarding the preservation of your in-game progress, builds, items, or any other content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HyMulti and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, in-game progress, builds, items, or enjoyment, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Significant changes will be announced on our Discord server when reasonably possible.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or the server at any time, with or without notice, for any reason permitted by these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
